So now I have more room on my computer desk and a scanner that the scans need no touch upĭon't get marlinsinger going on the Epson leaking or oozing ink cartridge issue! I choose an all - in - one this time around as my flatbed scanner is quite old (8+ years as I can remember) and the color scans were looking a bit washed out. I played with it a bit last night and I like it a lot. My 3 - 4 year old Epson R220 died over the weekend and I ordered and received the RX595. If you look at at another way, I guess a fresh print head could be desirable also. When ever I shop for a printer, I always look at what it costs to keep it supplied. I like Epson because you are only buying ink tanks as opposed to an HP where when you buy an ink cartridge, you are also buying a print head. I guess I will go make my purchase - FINALLY!!

I have read on the reviews for the c5280 that some people had to update the drivers from the hp website b/c the ones that came with the printer were outdated and the printer wasn't working properly.
